Can I book a visit through this website?

This website starts an email enquiry. It does not offer appointment slots or confirm attendance. Explain the work and your preferred timing, then ask FlowTech about the scope and availability. Opening an email draft is not a booking, and you still need to send the message from your email application.

Do you work in my area?

FlowTech’s supplied business address is in Milton Keynes. Include your town or locality in the enquiry so the location can be discussed alongside the work. The address is company contact information; it does not establish a service radius or an invitation to visit without arranging it.

03 / planning

Can every home use ground source heating?

Suitability depends on the property and site. Available land, access, the home’s heat requirements, existing distribution and space for equipment all contribute to the questions that need answering. Start with the ground source planning guide; its checklist prepares a discussion and does not certify suitability.

04 / planning

Can I get a price here?

There is no online estimate or published price list. Describe what you want to change, the current arrangement and the known constraints. Ask what information would be needed to establish the work and discuss its cost. A broad description on a website cannot determine the requirements of a particular home.

What if I do not know my heating system?

Say that you are unsure. Describe what you can see and how you normally use the heating or hot water. A visible equipment name or normal-view photograph may help. Do not remove covers or attempt a diagnosis just to prepare an enquiry. The worksheet leaves room for unknown details.

Are the photographs completed FlowTech projects?

The site uses illustrative domestic scenes and original system diagrams to explain its subject. They are not a portfolio of completed FlowTech installations or photographs of company staff. The image-credits page records their origins. Use the enquiry route to discuss the actual home and work you have in mind.

Does an enquiry mean work has been agreed?

No. Your email opens a conversation about what you need. The actual work, responsibilities, availability and any commercial terms need to be discussed and agreed separately. Keep a copy of your description and mention if the plan changes after the initial enquiry.
